Chelsea Market is an enormous food market and shopping mall in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, New York. It was built in what was once a Nabisco factory and birthplace of the Oreo cookie.

Chelsea Market takes up a whole city block bordered by ninth and tenth Avenues and fifteenth and sixteenth Streets. In addition to retail spaces, it also offers office space to broadcasting companies such as Oxygen Network, Food Network, and the local New York City cable station to name a few. There is also the Fat Witch Bakery, Amy’s Bread, Ruth’s Bakery, Chelsea Wine Vault, Eleni’s Bakery, The Lobster Place, Dickson’s Farmstand, The Green Table, Chelsea Thai and Friedman’s Lunch, along with smaller stores selling cheese, artisan salt and olive oil, chocolate and flowers. Additionally, a Davidovich Bagels opened its doors at the Chelsea Market in November 2015.

In January 2006, Morimoto, which is owned by Food Network and Chef Masaharu Morimoto, opened on the tenth Avenue side of the Market. The shows Iron Chef America and Emeril Live were once filmed in Chelsea Market.
